All source code, designs, algorithms, visual interfaces, and branding published under AIM GRID remain the exclusive intellectual property of AIM GRID, protected under relevant copyright and trademark laws.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for absolute stability and accuracy, AIM GRID does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
AIM GRID shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications or local data loss.
